Questions you should ask.

Most agency websites tell you what they want you to know. Here's what you actually need to know — including the questions other agencies refuse to answer.

Why only 5 clients per quarter?

Because real results require real attention. Every campaign, every line of copy, every landing page is built and managed by the same person who pitched you. That's only possible at a small client load. Most agencies scale headcount to scale revenue. We scale results per client instead.

What if I'm already running ads?

Even better. We start with a free 48-hour forensic audit — full breakdown of what's working, what's broken, and what the upside is. From there, you decide if it makes sense to bring us in. Most accounts we audit are leaking 30-50% of spend.

How is FirstPath different from other agencies?

Most agencies are built around scale — junior account managers, account executives, account directors, all stacked. You pay senior fees for junior work. FirstPath is one operator who runs your account end-to-end. You see the work, you have my number, you get results. No handoffs.

What does the 90-day guarantee actually cover?

We agree on specific performance targets before kickoff — cost per lead, revenue generated, conversion rate, whatever's relevant to your business. If we don't hit those numbers in the first 90 days, you get one month of management fees refunded. We've never had to write that check.

Do I need to be in Charlotte to work with you?

No. We work with clients across the US and internationally. Charlotte is home base. Most communication happens via email, Slack, or scheduled video calls. In-person is available for local clients who want it.

What's the minimum ad spend you can manage?

Our Foundation package handles up to $10K/month in ad spend. We typically recommend a minimum of $2,000/month in actual ad budget so we have enough data to optimize against. Below that, paid ads usually don't make sense and we'll tell you that upfront.

How long until I see results?

Week one: account audit and build. Week two: campaigns built and tracking installed. Week three: campaigns live, first data coming in. Week four: optimization based on real performance. Most clients see their first profitable cost-per-lead by week 4-6, depending on industry.

What's the contract length?

90-day initial commitment so we have time to build, launch, and optimize properly. After that, month-to-month. No long-term lock-in. If we're not delivering, you should be able to leave.

Who owns the ads, creative, and accounts?

You do. Always. Your Google Ads account, your Meta Business Manager, your domain, your tracking, your creative. We work inside your accounts, never ours. If we part ways, you keep everything we built.

What if my industry is regulated (medical, legal, finance)?

We have experience navigating compliance for law firms, financial services, and healthcare providers. We follow industry advertising guidelines, work with your compliance team if you have one, and structure campaigns to avoid platform-level rejections.

How do you bill for ad spend?

You pay your ad spend directly to Google/Meta on your own credit card or invoiced account. We don't markup ad spend. We only charge our management fee. This keeps incentives aligned — we don't make more money by recommending you spend more.

Can you work with my existing in-house team?

Yes. Many clients have an in-house marketing person or team and bring us in for specific channels or capabilities. We collaborate, we don't compete. Clear lanes, defined responsibilities, shared reporting.
